30 days of Consistency
Oh, I hate admitting this. I really, really do. But I am a quitter. I get distracted, bored, or overwhelemed, and I jump ship so fast that no one can keep up with how I swing from one thing to another. It is what it is. And this has always worked out for me. Adding positive reinforcement to the mix has caused a real issue. Because the thing is. I am building something here. I am building a business, one that aligns with my divine purpose, and I would like to have it for a very long time. This means consistency. This means doing things and sticking with them for a long time.
So, I am challenging myself to thirty days. Thirty days of complete consistency. This will not consist of business things for the most part, but rather, things that will develop me as a person. To be honest, as I was making this list, I got a little scared to even launch this. Because I have a long history of not following through with things like this. But I am going to do it nonetheless.
I will be following along this journey on my TikTok in short-form content and on my YouTube in long-form content. These are the first two things on my list: being consistent, authentic, and honest with my social media presence. So you, and anyone else that wants to follow along with this journey can.

I am manifesting big things right now! And that means discipline, consistency.
So my list!
- Keeping up on my social media, in a way that is honest, consistent, and authentic. TikTok daily, YouTube twice a week, Instagram four times a week.
- Post a blog daily. This can be about spirituality, personal development, encouragement, or even an update, but something has to go up every single day.
- Putting my intention into every liquid I drink.
- Mirror work every day for my identity work.
- Visualization every night as I fall asleep.
- Meditate for at least 10 minutes every single day.
- Move my body every single day.
